How to search and filter human intervention requests

Find the most urgent requests with search, status tabs, and filters by reason, campaign and chat status.

Updated on Oct 12, 2026

With search, tabs and filters you can quickly find the requests to handle first, even when there are many.

Where to find it: sidebar → Intervention requests → left column

Steps

  1. Open Intervention requests.
  2. For a specific case, type the candidate's name in Search... (shortcut ⌘ + F).
  3. Use the tabs for the request status: Pending, In progress, Handled, All. Next to each tab you see the number of requests.
  4. In the first menu, choose the reason: All requests, Aggressive behavior, Information request or Other.
  5. In the second menu, choose the module (e.g. Recruiting).
  6. To filter by campaign or chat status, use the filters icon next to the search.

Good to know

  • You can combine several filters. E.g. reason + candidate search.
  • For each request you see the candidate, a description of the reason, the time elapsed and the status.
  • The red dot marks a new request.
  • A request from a candidate who asks to talk to a person falls under the reason "Request to speak with a human".

Common issues

I can't find a request. Open the All tab and choose All requests in the reason menu.

I have lots of requests: where do I start? Open the Pending tab. Then check In progress to close the ones already started with Mark as handled.
