How to read the data in the Analytics module
Open Analytics, choose the period and read the conversation and interview metrics without mistakes.

Analytics shows how your campaigns are doing: candidates, conversations and interviews, over the period you choose.
Where to find it: sidebar → Analytics (BETA). It opens in a new window, on analytics.klaaryo.com.
Steps
- Click Analytics in the sidebar. A new browser window opens.
- Choose the period at the top (for example Last 6 months or a custom range). With Filter by campaign you only look at the campaigns you're interested in.
- Choose the view and read the KPIs.
From the globe icon at the top right, choose the Analytics language: Italian or English.
The views
- Overview: the main numbers for the period (Uploaded Candidates, Contacted, Interviews Scheduled, To Be Hired) and the Conversion Rates: Response Rate, Assessment Rate, Fit Rate (Conversation), Cancellation Rate, Fit Rate (Interviews) and Hire Rate. Under each rate is the formula used to calculate it. Further down, the charts over time in the Candidates, Conversations, Interviews and Time to hire tabs.
- Interviews: Interviews Scheduled, Post-Interview Fit, To Be Hired, Not a Fit, Canceled, No Show and Average time to hire, meaning the time between the application date and the moment the interview manager marks the candidate as To be hired. Below is the Interview managers table, with the status of each hiring manager: Active campaigns, Future availability, Open schedule and Calendar connected.
- Flow analysis: two funnels. The Assessment Funnel goes from Uploaded Candidates to Contacted, Replies and Completed Assessments, and shows how many are a fit and not a fit. The Interview Funnel goes from Fit (Conversation) to Booked Interviews, Completed Interviews, With Feedback and Positive Feedback. With See details by Campaign you see the numbers for each campaign.
Good to know
- The period and the campaign filter apply to the whole page.
- In the Interview Funnel, "Completed Interviews" doesn't mean "with an outcome": interviews with an outcome are in the next step, "With Feedback".
- Canceled interviews are split between those canceled by the hiring manager and those canceled by the candidate. The total is the sum of the two, not a funnel step.
- If Require interview confirmation is on in the Interview rules, interviews the interview manager doesn't confirm in time are canceled automatically. That's why canceled interviews can be high.
Reading tips
- Set the period before reading the numbers.
- In the charts, choose the grouping that fits the period with the D, W, M, Q buttons (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Use custom ranges for precise analyses (e.g. the launch week of a campaign).
Common issues
I click Analytics and nothing happens. Analytics opens in a new window: check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups for app.klaaryo.com.
I can't see the Analytics item. Ask your admin or your Klaaryo contact: it may not be active for your workspace or for your user role.
The numbers change when I change the period. That's normal: the filter recalculates the whole page.
All the numbers are zero. Check the period at the top and the campaign filter: if there are no applications in the chosen period, or the selected campaign has just started, the numbers stay at zero. Widen the period or remove the filter.
I have lots of canceled interviews. Check the cancellations by the hiring manager: they're often interviews that weren't confirmed in time. See Interview rules: booking window, rescheduling and confirmations.
I don't understand a metric. Contact support. See How to contact Klaaryo support.
