Confirmations and reschedules

  • Reschedules allowed to the candidate: how many times a candidate can move their own interview. With 0 there's no limit.
  • Require interview confirmation: if on, every booked interview must be confirmed by the interview manager within 8 working hours of the chosen time. If the confirmation doesn't arrive, the interview is canceled automatically. The interview manager gets an extra reminder in these cases.

Good to know

  • The rules apply to slots offered after the change.
  • If a slot doesn't fit the booking window, it shows as Not bookable in the agenda: see article 4.

Common issues

  • The candidate can't see tomorrow's slots. The minimum notice is too high: reduce it or add slots further out.
  • How soon can the candidate reschedule? As many times as set here, choosing among slots that fit the booking window.
  • Interviews are canceling on their own. "Require interview confirmation" is on and the interview manager didn't confirm within 8 working hours.
