Klaaryo modules: what's in your workspace
Klaaryo is made of modules that your company turns on based on its needs. What each one includes, the difference between Klaaryo's ATS and an external ATS, and how to tell which modules you have.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
Klaaryo is split into modules. Four of them are separate sections of the sidebar; the ATS module instead adds features inside campaigns.
The modules
| Module | What it's for | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Recruiting | Candidate screening with the AI agent on WhatsApp, interviews and evaluation | Job roles, Campaigns, Agent, Inbox, Interviews, Intervention requests, Analytics |
| ATS | Job ad, job description, application form and publishing on job boards | Extra step when creating a campaign, Job ad tab, Settings → Multi Posting |
| Pre-boarding | Collecting new hires' data and signing contracts | Pre-onboarding: Collections, Forms, Contracts |
| Onboarding and induction | Conversations with new hires in their first months to spot the risk of them leaving | Onboarding: Induction, Dimensions |
| Performance | AI-guided skills assessments | Performance: Cycles, Surveys, Competencies |
Klaaryo's ATS or an external ATS
- The ATS module is Klaaryo's ATS. With the ATS module, creating a campaign also includes the job ad, job description and publishing on job boards.
- Without the ATS module, a campaign is made only of conversation instructions and interviews.
- If your company already uses another ATS, Klaaryo can connect to it. See What the ATS integration does.
How to tell which modules you have
Look at the sidebar items and at the steps you see when you create a campaign. If a feature is missing, talk to your Klaaryo contact.
Good to know
- The items you see also depend on your user role. See User roles and permissions: what each role sees.
- The interview manager uses a separate platform, dedicated to interview sessions.
- If you post job ads directly on Indeed without the ATS module, see How to receive Indeed applications in Klaaryo.
