Updated on Oct 12, 2026
On the Collections page you see all collections, with their main stats. From here you can pause, resume, archive or delete them.
Where to find it: Pre-onboarding → Collections
What you see
- The status tabs with the number of collections: All, Active, Paused, Archived, Draft.
- The Search by name search.
- For each collection: Collection name, Creation date, Contacted, Forms completed and Contracts signed (as a percentage).

Steps
- Find the collection in the list.
- Click the … menu on the row.
- Choose the action: Collaborators, Pause (or Resume), Archive or Delete.
- Confirm in the window that opens.
To open the details, click the collection name.
Good to know
- Pause: you can resume the collection at any time. When you resume it, pending flows start again.
- Archive: this action is irreversible.
- Delete: this action is irreversible and you'll no longer be able to see the collection.
- Collaborators: choose who on the team has access to the collection.
