The Agent FAQ are questions and answers the agent uses in all campaigns and for all job roles.
Where to find it: sidebar → Agent → Agent FAQ → Manage FAQs
Steps
- Click Agent in the sidebar.
- In the Agent FAQ block, click Manage FAQs.
- Click Add FAQ.
- Write the Question you expect from the candidate and the Answer the agent should give.
- Add more FAQs if you need them.
- Save.

Example. Question: How does the selection process work? Answer: If you get through the questions on WhatsApp, you can book an interview with the manager.
The agent's general knowledge
With View general knowledge you can read the built-in knowledge the agent uses for candidates' most common requests. You don't need to configure it. Add FAQs only for what's missing or what you want to say in your own words.
Good to know
- The agent uses the text you wrote. Write short, clear answers.
- You can add, edit or delete FAQs whenever you want. A deleted FAQ soon disappears from the agent's knowledge.
- FAQs apply to future conversations.
- Put general questions here (response times, how the interview works). Questions about a position go in the Role FAQ. Questions about a single campaign go in Campaign-specific FAQs, in the campaign's Additional context block. See How job role FAQs work.
Common issues
The candidate asks about pay and the agent doesn't answer. Add an FAQ with the answer, or create a human intervention rule to pass the question to you. See How to set up human intervention rules.
I added an FAQ but the agent doesn't use it. Check that you saved. New FAQs apply to new conversations: in chats that have already started, the agent keeps using the previous information.
