How job role FAQs work
Set the answers the agent gives candidates for a position; the difference between Agent, job role and campaign FAQs.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
The Role FAQ are questions and answers the agent uses in all campaigns linked to that job role.
Where to find it: Recruiting → Job roles → open or create the job role → Details step → Role FAQ
The three levels of FAQs
| Level | Where you set it | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Agent FAQ | Agent → Manage FAQs | All conversations |
| Role FAQ | Job role | All campaigns linked to the job role |
| Campaign-specific FAQs | Campaign → Settings → Additional context | That campaign only |
Steps
- Go to Recruiting → Job roles and open the job role, or create a new one.
- Go to the Role FAQ section.
- In the Question field, write what you expect the candidate to ask.
- In the Answer field, write the answer the agent should give.
- Repeat for each FAQ and save.
Example. Question: How does the selection process for Addetto/a sala work? Answer: You have a short interview on WhatsApp. If you pass, you book an interview with the manager.
Good to know
- On the job role card you see Role FAQ: None if you haven't added any yet.
- You can add, edit or delete FAQs whenever you want. Changes apply to future conversations.
- Only put questions tied to the position here (practical tests, timing, shifts). General ones go in the Agent FAQ.
- Write short, clear answers. The agent uses the text you wrote.
Common issues
The candidate asked a question that isn't in the FAQs. The agent also uses its Agent general knowledge. If the question comes up often, add it to the FAQs.
