Rate an agent conversation, positive or negative, or the individual generated messages, to point out what worked.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
You can say whether you like an AI agent conversation or not, and rate the individual generated messages. Feedback helps improve the agent.
Where to find it: Inbox → open the candidate's chat → Leave feedback
Steps
- Open the candidate's chat in the Inbox.
- Open the chat's feedback controls.
- If the conversation went well, choose I like this chat!.
- If something's wrong, choose Leave feedback.
- Write what didn't work in the Provide detailed feedback field.
- Click Submit feedback. The confirmation Feedback received appears.
- To rate a single message, use the rating control next to the message.
Good to know
- Feedback is more useful if you explain what you expected, for example "it should have asked about weekend availability".
- Feedback doesn't change the candidate's status. To correct it, read Candidate statuses: what they mean and how to correct them.
Common issues
The agent gave a wrong answer: is feedback enough? Feedback helps improve the agent over time. If you need to fix the conversation right away, step in manually. Read How to step into a conversation manually.
