At the top of the candidate's chat you'll find a few icons. Use them to copy information, refresh the chat, or write to the candidate with a template.
Where to find it: Inbox → open the chat → icons at the top right (the same ones appear when you open the chat from View conversation in the campaign)

Icons at the top
- Quick actions (lightning icon): force an action on the chat. They're explained in "How to manage a campaign's candidates: filters and quick actions".
- Copy: copies the chat link or the chat text. Useful to share it with a colleague or with support.
- Update chat: reloads the messages.
- ⋮ menu: opens the actions below.
- Copy phone number: copies the candidate's number.
- Intervene with a template: sends the candidate an approved template, for example to reopen an expired chat.
- View CV: opens the candidate's CV, if there is one.
Good to know
- The arrows at the top left take you to the previous or next chat in the list.
- To send a template with an image, read "Create a WhatsApp template with an image".
Common issues
I need to send a conversation to support. Use the Copy icon and paste the link into your request. Read How to contact Klaaryo support.
I can't write to the candidate. If there have been more than 24 hours of inactivity, the chat has expired. Use Intervene with a template or Choose template.
