How to read the candidate's evaluation
The Evaluation tab shows outcome, reasons, score, criteria and questions: it explains why the agent considered the candidate a fit or not.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
The Evaluation tab sums up the screening the agent did with the candidate. It tells you whether they're a fit or not, and why.
Where to find it: Inbox → open the candidate's chat → panel on the right → Evaluation tab. You also find it when you open the chat from View conversation in the campaign.

How to read it
- At the top, You are viewing shows which evaluation you're looking at. If the candidate was evaluated more than once (for example for several campaigns), use the arrows to move between them.
- Below you find the campaign and the evaluation date.
- Until the conversation has ended, you see the message Here you will find the candidate's valuation.
- Once the conversation has ended, the tab shows the result.
- Outcome: fit or not a fit.
- Summary: the main reasons and what came out in the conversation.
- Score: compared with the job role's Minimum passing score.
- Criteria and filters: the result for each one.
- Questions: the questions the agent asked and the answers.
Good to know
- In the campaign table, the Evaluation outcome column shows the score as a percentage and the number of messages.
- Read the summary first: it gives you the context without rereading the whole chat.
- Questions, filters, criteria and minimum score depend on the job role linked to the campaign.
Common issues
Why did the agent discard the candidate? Look at the summary and the criteria: you'll find the requirement that wasn't met or the score below the threshold. Also read Why did the agent discard a candidate?.
The candidate was discarded but I think they're a good fit. Change the status yourself. Read Candidate statuses: what they mean and how to correct them. To invite them right away, use Quick actions → Invite to interview.
The tab is empty. The conversation hasn't ended yet. The evaluation shows up at the end of the screening.
The criteria are wrong for this job role. Questions and criteria are edited in the job role. Read Filters and evaluation criteria: how they work and how they differ.
