Change the location name the candidate sees
How to choose a campaign's locations and edit the location name that appears in WhatsApp messages to candidates.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
Where to find it: Campaigns → open the campaign → Settings tab → Stores you are hiring for.

Add a location to the campaign
Click Add location and choose from the locations already created in Settings → Organization → Locations. If you don't select any location, the agent uses the information in the job description to answer candidates' questions.
Edit the location name
The Location name is the text used in messages to candidates, for example in the conversation's opening message.
- Click the pencil next to the location name.
- Type the name you want the candidate to see. We recommend no more than 30 characters.
- Save.
Derive the location name from the stores
If you turn on this toggle, the location name is built automatically from the names of the stores linked to the campaign and can't be edited by hand. To write a custom name, leave it off.
Common issues
- The candidate still sees the old location name. The campaign's location name hasn't been updated, or "Derive the location name from the stores" is on and the store name needs to be changed.
- The message shows an address I didn't set. No location is linked to the campaign and the agent uses the job ad description: add the right location.
- For campaigns linked to an ATS, the name may come from the sync: see the section for your ATS (second wave).
