What you can do from a campaign's menu
The actions in a campaign's "…" menu: collaborators, edit, test, pause, status lock, archive and delete.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
From a campaign's … menu you manage who works on it, edit it, test it, pause it, archive it or delete it.
Where to find it: Recruiting → Campaigns → the … button on the campaign's row. The same menu is at the top right when you open the campaign.

Collaborators Choose who can see the campaign, its candidates and the conversations.
- Open the … menu and choose Collaborators.
- Add the colleagues who need to follow the candidates, or remove anyone who should no longer see them.
- Save.
The campaign owner is always a collaborator. If you remove yourself, you will no longer see the campaign.
Edit Reopens the step-by-step campaign setup. For single changes you can also use the Settings tab. See How to change a campaign's settings.
Test the conversation Sends you the conversation on WhatsApp, just as a candidate would receive it. See How to test a campaign before launch.
Pause Ongoing conversations are completed, but no new ones start. On a paused campaign the same item becomes Resume campaign: you confirm with "Resume the campaign?", the campaign is active again and conversations with new candidates start again. See Pause a campaign.
Lock status (only campaigns linked to an ATS) Stops the ATS sync from changing the campaign's status, for example from reactivating a campaign you paused. Name, questions, locations and interview details keep coming from the ATS, and the job ad stays published where it is. To undo it, use Unlock status. See Pause a campaign.
Archive Use it when the search is closed. The campaign moves to the Archived filter and its data stays available. An archived campaign can't be reactivated, and interviews already booked are canceled.
Delete Deletes the campaign permanently. Deleted campaigns can't be recovered. You will no longer see the conversations in Inbox or the related tags in Talent pool. Use it only for test campaigns or campaigns created by mistake.
Good to know
- Possible campaign statuses: Draft, Active, Paused, Archived.
- To close a real search, archive it: don't delete it.
- To add candidates, use the Import candidates button at the top of the campaign. See Import candidates: upload CVs or a CSV file.
- If you pause a campaign that has interview sessions scheduled, Klaaryo warns you: after the pause, candidates are no longer invited to the campaign's future sessions. Interviews already booked stay valid.
Common issues
I can't create sessions: "position paused". The campaign is paused. Reactivate it from the … menu, then create the session.
I paused the campaign but it reactivated by itself. This happens with campaigns linked to an ATS: the sync brings back the ATS status. Use Lock status.
I don't see "Lock status". The item only appears for campaigns linked to an ATS.
I archived a campaign by mistake. The data stays available, but the campaign can't be reactivated. If the search is still open, create a new campaign with the same job role.
A colleague can't see the campaign. Add them from Collaborators.
