Choose which campaigns to sync
Filter ATS campaigns with keywords in the title, description or tags, by campaign status and, with nCore, by nodes and hiring manager.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
Not every campaign in your ATS needs to come into Klaaryo. With the filters you choose which ones to sync.
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations → ATS → gear icon → Settings → Filter campaigns to sync

Steps: filter with keywords
- Choose Include to import campaigns that contain the word, or Exclude to leave them out.
- Choose where to look for it: Title, Description or, with some ATSs, Tags.
- Type the word in Add a keyword and click +.
- Click Save changes.
Included words show with a green +, excluded ones with a red −, grouped by field.
How they combine
- If you enter more than one keyword, the campaign must match all of them.
- If a campaign matches both an included and an excluded word, inclusion wins.
- Use a code that doesn't appear in the text by chance, for example a hashtag like "#klaaryo" in the job ad description.
Example: a company with two Klaaryo workspaces, one for Italy and one for the United Kingdom, puts "#klaaryo" in the Italian job ads and "#klaaryouk" in the English ones. In the Italian workspace it includes "#klaaryo" and excludes "#klaaryouk" in the title.
Campaign statuses to import
With some ATSs you also choose which status the campaign must be in in the ATS to be imported, for example Published or Open. Campaigns in other statuses are ignored. Add the statuses with Add value.
With nCore: nodes and hiring managers

- Node IDs: the nCore nodes or branches the campaigns come from. They're configured by the Klaaryo team: to add or remove any, write to your Klaaryo contact.
- Hiring manager emails to consider: only these hiring managers' campaigns are imported. Add an email and click +. If the list is empty, everyone's campaigns are imported.
Good to know
- A campaign that no longer matches the filters is paused in Klaaryo at the next sync.
- Filters apply to campaigns. Applications for excluded campaigns don't come in.
- After changing a filter, use Resync now on the campaign sync to see the result right away.
Common issues
A campaign from the ATS doesn't come into Klaaryo. Check in this order:
- that it contains the included keywords and not the excluded ones, in the right field;
- that it's in one of the Campaign statuses to import, if your ATS has them;
- with nCore, that its node is among the Node IDs and its hiring manager among the emails to consider (or that the list is empty);
- that Campaign synchronization is on.
