Read the sync history

What the rows in the history mean, what to do if a sync is Failed or Timeout, and the ATS usage limits.

Updated on Oct 12, 2026

The history shows the integration's latest syncs: use it to see whether the data came in and when.

Where to find it: Settings → Integrations → ATS → gear icon → Synchronization history

The synchronization history

The columns

ColumnWhat you see
TypeCampaigns or Applications
TriggerScheduled if it started on its own at the set times, or the name of the person who clicked Resync now
Date · durationWhen it started and how long it took
StatusRunning, Completed, Failed, Timeout or Skipped

Click Refresh to reload the list. While a sync is running you see the Synchronization in progress notice.

If a sync is Failed or Timeout

It usually fixes itself at the next sync. If the problem keeps happening or you're missing data you need right away:

  1. try Resync now;
  2. if it fails again, report it to your Klaaryo contact with the integration, the type and the time.

Daily and monthly usage

With some ATSs the integration card shows Daily usage and Monthly usage. These are the API call limits set in the contract between your company and the ATS, not by Klaaryo. When the limit is reached, syncing stops until the next day or month. To raise it you need to talk to the ATS provider.

Common issues

The history is all Completed but a candidate is missing. Check the filters and the import period: see Choose which campaigns to sync and Which applications to import: period, start date and reference date.

Syncs stop in the middle of the day. Look at Daily usage: if it's at 100%, you've reached the ATS limit.
