What you'll find in the ATS integration settings
Where the integration page opens, what each section contains, what you can change yourself and what the Klaaryo team sets up.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
If your company uses an ATS connected to Klaaryo, each integration has a settings page. From here you decide when to sync, which campaigns and applications to import, and how Klaaryo statuses connect to the statuses in your ATS.
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations → ATS → gear icon next to the integration name
Who can change it: admin and recruiter users, at any time and on their own.

The integration card
On the ATS Settings page each integration has a card with:
- Status: Active integration if the ATS is connected and syncing; Available if it's there but not active.
- Connected: the date the integration was connected.
- Daily usage and Monthly usage, only for some ATSs: how many calls Klaaryo has already used out of the limit set in the contract between your company and the ATS. See Read the sync history.
- The Kombo label, if the ATS is connected through Kombo. Kombo is a Klaaryo technical partner that acts as a bridge to some ATSs, for example SAP SuccessFactors. You don't need to do anything with Kombo: the label only tells you that the data goes through it and can arrive a few hours late. See When and how campaigns and candidates are synced.
The page sections
Click the gear icon: Integration settings opens, with the menu on the left.
| Section | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Synchronization | Turn campaign and candidate sync on or off, choose times and days, run Resync now |
| Status mapping | Connect each Klaaryo status to a status in your ATS |
| Settings | Default values, flow starting status, campaign filter, application import, advanced settings |
| Synchronization history | The latest runs with type, times and outcome |
Saving changes
When you change a value, Save changes appears. Click it to apply. Changes apply from that moment on.
What the Klaaryo team sets up
Some settings are configured by the Klaaryo team. To change them, write to your Klaaryo contact:
- the initial connection of the integration and the ATS credentials;
- Node IDs (nCore);
- Campaign closing delay.
What changes for your ATS
The sections are the same for every ATS, but some fields only appear for certain systems.
| Field | InRecruiting | nCore | Teamtailor | SAP SuccessFactors |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daily and monthly usage | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Manage statuses (statuses typed in by hand) | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Filter by Tags | No | No | Yes | No |
| Campaign statuses to import | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Import start date | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Application date reference | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Node IDs and Hiring manager emails to consider | No | Yes | No | No |
Good to know
- If you see two cards with the same ATS, the one marked Active integration is the one that counts. An Available card doesn't sync.
- To activate a new ATS, see What the ATS integration does.
Common issues
I can't see the gear icon or the ATS page. The ATS item only appears if your company has an integration. If you need one, write to your Klaaryo contact.
I changed a setting but nothing changed. Check that you clicked Save changes. Changes apply to the next syncs: to see them right away, use Resync now.
