Default values for campaigns and candidates
Language, author, collaborators and interview mode of campaigns imported from the ATS, and phone prefix and type of candidates.

Campaigns and candidates coming from the ATS get some starting values. You set them once here, so you don't have to complete each campaign by hand.
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations → ATS → gear icon → Settings → Defaults for new campaigns and Candidate defaults
Defaults for new campaigns

| Default collaborators | Who is added as a collaborator to every new campaign. Add them with Add collaborator |
| Interview mode | Automatic: the agent invites fit candidates to the interview. Manual: you invite them |

Steps
- Open the integration's Settings section.
- Change the values you need.
- Click Save changes.
Good to know
- At every sync, campaigns take back the values from these settings. If you change a value in a single campaign, for example the interview mode, the value set here comes back at the next sync. To change it for good, change it in the ATS settings.
- You can only choose users already in your workspace as author and collaborators. To add a new admin user, write to your Klaaryo contact.

Common issues
New campaigns don't have the right collaborators. Check Default collaborators and save. For campaigns already imported, add the collaborators from the campaign menu.
A campaign's invitation mode went back to what it was before. At every sync the campaign takes back the Interview mode from the ATS settings. Change it here, not in the single campaign, and click Save changes.
