How to change the app and notification language
Choose the interface language and, separately, the language of in-app notifications. It doesn't change the language of messages to candidates.

You can choose two languages: the Klaaryo interface language and the language of the notifications you receive in the app.
Where to find it: Settings → System → General
Steps
- Go to Settings → System → General.
- In System settings, under Language ("Select the application language"), choose the interface language.
- In In-app notifications, under Language ("Select the language in which you want to receive new notifications"), choose the notification language.
Available languages
- Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German. They are the same for the app and for notifications.
Good to know
- These settings don't change the language of messages to candidates. With the app language, though, you change the language in which you see and edit the agent templates on the Agent page.
- The conversation with the candidate starts in the Campaign language, in the Setup block of the campaign settings.
- The agent keeps the language the candidate is writing in.
Common issues
The agent writes to the candidate in the wrong language. It doesn't depend on these settings. Check the Campaign language in the campaign's Setup block: it's the starting language. After that, the agent follows the language the candidate writes in.
