What Klaaryo integrations are
Connect Klaaryo to your calendar, your ATS and your e-signature provider; post on job boards. Who turns on what.

Integrations connect Klaaryo to the tools you already use: calendar, ATS and e-signature.
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations
The integrations
| Item | What it's for | Who turns it on |

Calendar
On the Calendar linking page you see the connected calendar (e.g. Google Calendar, Connected) and two options:
- Check conflicts: Klaaryo checks your commitments to avoid double bookings. With Manage you choose which calendars to check.
- Add events: Klaaryo adds scheduled interviews to your calendar.
E-signature
- The Klaaryo team connects the provider. With YouSign it connects to the YouSign workspace your company already has. With DocuSeal you don't need a workspace: if you don't have your own account, documents are signed with the Shared Klaaryo account.
- On the page you see the connected provider. The connection with Connect (API key and, if needed, Webhook secret) is done by the Klaaryo team.
- In the Sandbox environment, signatures have no legal value. Use Production for real contracts.
- The item only shows up if contract signing is active in your workspace.
Posting on job boards
With the Klaaryo ATS module you post job ads from Settings → Multi Posting → Job boards. Only Klaaryo staff can connect or reconnect job boards. See Publish job ads on Indeed from Klaaryo (beta).

Good to know
- With the calendar connected, the interview event shows the campaign location and the interview link.
Common issues
The interview doesn't show up in my Outlook or Google Calendar. Check that the calendar shows as Connected and that Add events is on. See the collection Interviews and scheduling: troubleshooting.
