How to set the time zone
The Timezone changes how you see dates and times in Klaaryo; for interview sessions, the session's timezone also matters.

The Timezone decides how you see dates and times in Klaaryo. It doesn't change the actual moment an event happens.
Where to find it: Settings → System → General → Timezone
Steps
- Go to Settings → System → General.
- Find the Timezone item.
- Choose the time zone (e.g. Europe/Rome).
The language you choose applies to the whole app.
What changes
- The creation date of campaigns.
- The times of interviews and sessions.
- The time of in-app notifications.
Example: you create a campaign at 08:00 in Italy. You set the UK time zone. You'll see it as created at 07:00.
Interview session timezone
- The interview manager also has a Reference timezone for their sessions. The slots offered to candidates and the events use that timezone.
- If they change it, it applies to upcoming sessions. Sessions already scheduled don't change.
- If a session is in another timezone, you see Session timezone with the original time in small print.
Common issues
I see the Different timezone warning. The timezone you set is different from your device's. Click Use device timezone if you want to match them.
Interview times are off by one hour. Check the Timezone in System → General and the session's timezone. Also check the time zone of your Google or Outlook calendar.
