What you'll find in Settings
Overview of the Settings menu: System, Templates, Interviews, Integrations, Multi Posting and Organization.

In Settings you configure the app and the workspace: language, notifications, interviews, integrations and organization.
Where to find it: app sidebar → OTHER section → Settings
The sections

| Templates | Job ad, Forms | Job ad templates and Form templates with the application questions. |
| Interviews | Notification mode, Interview rules | How you get interview notifications and the booking rules. |
| Integrations | Calendar, ATS, E-signature | Connection with your calendar, your ATS and the contract signing provider. |
| Multi Posting | Job boards | Posting job ads on job boards, such as Indeed (beta). Only with the Klaaryo ATS module. |
| Organization | Locations, Staff, Job titles | Locations, people and groups, company levels. |

Good to know
- E-signature only shows up if contract signing is active in your workspace.
- The Form templates in Settings are the application questions. Onboarding forms are in Pre-onboarding → Forms instead.
- Language, timezone and push notifications apply to your user. The other sections apply to the whole workspace.
- Not every user role sees every section. See User roles and permissions: what each role sees.
- It's a good idea to check System → General before creating campaigns and interviews.
