How to change the theme: light, dark or custom
Choose how Klaaryo looks on this device: Light, Dark, System or Custom with the color you prefer.

You can choose how Klaaryo looks: light, dark, the same as your device or with a color of your choice.
Where to find it: Settings → System → General → Theme
Steps
- Go to Settings → System → General.
- Under Theme ("Choose how Klaaryo looks on this device.") open the menu.
- Choose an option. The change is immediate.
The options
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Light | Interface with a light background. |
| Dark | Interface with a dark background. |
| System | Follows the light or dark appearance set on your computer or phone. |
| Custom | Uses the color you choose for buttons, selections and interface details. Click one of the suggested colors or + and type the color code (e.g. #0093AD). |
Good to know
- The theme applies to the device and browser you are using. You can choose a different one on other devices.
- The theme only changes what you see: nothing changes for your colleagues or for candidates.
- On the same page you find language, push notifications and timezone. See What you'll find in Settings.
Common issues
I chose System but Klaaryo stays light (or dark). Klaaryo follows your device's appearance: check it in your computer or phone settings.
I see a different theme on another computer. The theme is chosen per device: change it there too from Settings → System → General.
