Publish job ads on Indeed from Klaaryo (beta)
How to publish a campaign's job ad on Indeed directly from Klaaryo and receive applications in the platform.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
Where to find it: Settings → Multi Posting → Job boards (connection, one time only); in the campaign, the publication step ("Where you publish this position") and the Job ad tab.
Who it's for: only customers who have Klaaryo's ATS module. If you publish job ads directly on Indeed, see How to receive Indeed applications in Klaaryo.
Before you start
- The feature is in beta and Klaaryo turns it on workspace by workspace: ask your Klaaryo contact for it.
- You need your company's Indeed contract, with its sponsorship budget.
- Today only Indeed is available. Publishing goes through VONQ, a Klaaryo technical partner.
1. Connect Indeed (one time only)
In Settings → Multi Posting you'll find three sections:
- Distribution: turns publishing on job boards on or off for the whole workspace.
- Job boards: the connected job boards, with status, contract, Direct Apply and the number of campaigns using them.
- Job ad settings: contact, company and settings shared by all job ads.

To connect your Indeed contract:
- Fill in the Indeed form shown in the connection panel. VONQ checks your company details with Indeed.
- You'll receive a sourceName by email.
- From the panel, authorize VONQ on your Indeed account and enter the sourceName.
From then on, every campaign in the workspace can go out on Indeed.

2. Choose Indeed in the campaign
In the campaign's Publication step, check Indeed in the connected job boards section. Title, location, pay, contract and description are taken from the campaign: you don't need to fill in anything else.

3. The job ad goes live on its own
As soon as the campaign is active, Klaaryo sends the job ad to Indeed. With Direct Apply, the candidate applies without leaving Indeed and the application arrives in Klaaryo. If Automatic pre-screening is on, the screening conversation starts right away, as for any other candidate.

4. Track job ads from the Job ad tab
In the campaign's Job ad tab you see each job ad with its status (published, in progress, deactivated) and the number of applications. From each job ad's menu you can open it, republish it or deactivate it; with Edit you act on several job ads at once. The refresh button reloads the status from the job board.

In the campaigns list, the megaphone icon next to the name marks campaigns distributed on job boards.

Good to know
- Changes aren't immediate on job boards. The career page updates right away; Indeed follows its own update times.
- Sponsorship stays on Indeed. The job ad reaches candidates when it's sponsored from your company's Indeed admin portal.
Common issues
- The job ad stays "In progress". Indeed hasn't published it yet: use the refresh button later and check that it's sponsored on your Indeed portal.
- I don't see Indeed in the Publication step. Distribution isn't on or Indeed isn't connected: check Settings → Multi Posting.
