How to turn on push notifications
Get an alert on your device for every new in-app notification, even when Klaaryo isn't open.

With push notifications you get an alert on your device every time an in-app notification arrives. You don't need to keep Klaaryo open.
Where to find it: Settings → System → General → In-app notifications
Steps
- Go to Settings → System → General.
- In the In-app notifications block, find PUSH notifications.
- Turn on the toggle.
- If your browser or phone asks, allow notifications.
When to turn them on
- You often work outside the platform.
- You're an interview manager and mostly use your phone.
When to turn them off
- You get too many alerts.
- You work on desktop with Klaaryo always open.
Good to know
- Push notifications only apply to your user.
- Which interview notifications you get on WhatsApp is chosen in Settings → Interviews → Notification mode. See Choose how to receive interview notifications.
Common issues
I turned on the toggle but I don't get anything. If you blocked notifications in the browser, you see Notifications not allowed. Turn them back on from your browser settings.
I get too many notifications. Turn off PUSH notifications. For interviews, choose the Daily recap mode: you get just one message a day.
