Career page, QR code and application form
How people apply from the career page or a QR code, what the ATS module adds (job ad and form), and what to do if the agent doesn't reply.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
Every Klaaryo workspace has a career page with the open positions. The candidate chooses the position and writes on WhatsApp: the chat links itself to the right campaign and the agent starts the screening. The QR code does the same thing: it opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message linked to the position.
Where to find it: sidebar → Open positions. This opens your workspace's public career page, which Klaaryo creates automatically at careers.klaaryo.com/careers/ followed by your workspace name.
What happens when the candidate applies on WhatsApp
- They open the career page and choose the position, or scan the position's QR code.
- On the position page, they check I declare that I have read and understood the privacy notice and click Apply on WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp opens with a message already written: the candidate sends it.
- If the number is new, the agent asks for their first and last name.
- The screening starts, with the Applicant (first contact) template from the Agent page.
A position's link and QR codes
You'll find them on the career page, on the position page, under the Apply on WhatsApp button (from a computer):
- Application QR code: opens WhatsApp to apply right away. Useful on flyers, shop windows and in-store signs.
- Position link QR code: opens the position page and also shows the link to copy and share.
With the ATS module: job ad and application form
If you have the ATS module, the candidate can apply from the career page by filling in a form with their answers and CV.
- Job ad template: Settings → Templates → Job ad → New template. You fill in position, Pitch (the summary shown in previews and on social media), Conditions and Linked form.
- Form template: Settings → Templates → Form: the questions to show during the application.
- In the campaign: choose Start from a template. The fields are prefilled and stay editable. In the Job ad tab you'll find the conditions, the Application form and the Publication.
- Application deadline: applies only to the career page.
- Where the answers go: standard ones go into the candidate's data, custom ones into their profile, under Application form.
Good to know
- The screening starts only if Automatic pre-screening is on in the campaign (Settings tab → Setup). If it's off, applications are only collected.
- Changes to the job ad show up right away on the career page; job boards take their own time.
- New form questions apply to applications from that moment on.
- The template is copied into the campaign: if you edit it later, campaigns already created don't change.
Common issues
The QR code opens WhatsApp but the agent doesn't reply. If you're testing with your own number, check that it isn't registered in Klaaryo as an interview manager or user: try with another number. If the problem persists, open a request from the support chat with the link to the chat.
A position doesn't appear on the career page. The position disappears when the campaign is Paused or Archived. If it's paused, reactivate it.
I want to change how the career page looks. Ask your Klaaryo representative.
