Choose how to receive interview notifications
The three ways interview managers receive interview updates on WhatsApp: per interview, per session, or with a daily recap.

The three modes

How the daily recap works
The 5:00 PM message lists tomorrow's sessions with confirmed and pending interviews, the total number of sessions and interviews for the following 15 days, and the candidates waiting for an invitation. The button under the message opens the agenda with interviews and CVs.
Besides the recap, the interview manager gets a reminder about 2 hours and 15 minutes before each session, with up-to-date details. The feedback request arrives at the end of the session for all candidates who attended.
Common issues
- I get too many notifications. Switch to "Daily recap".
- I no longer get a message for each booking. Per-session mode or the daily recap is on: bookings are grouped in the next message.
- I don't get any WhatsApp messages. Check that your number is correct in Settings → Organization → Staff.
