What the Interviews section is and how to navigate it

All interviews to monitor sessions and interviews, Manage my interviews to work on your sessions; filters, At risk/Partial/Good statuses and the Home page of the interview managers' platform.

Updated on Oct 12, 2026

The Interviews section shows you sessions and individual interviews with candidates. It has two items: All interviews for the overall view and Manage my interviews to work on your sessions.

Where to find it: sidebar → Recruiting → Interviews

All interviews

The page opens on Interview sessions. Use the button at the top to switch from one view to the other:

  • View interviews: individual interviews, one per card.
  • View sessions: interviews grouped into sessions.

Both views have three tabs:

  • Upcoming / Future: future sessions or interviews.
  • Past: sessions or interviews that already took place.
  • Browse sessions / Browse interviews: day-by-day navigation.

At the top right you can filter by Interview managers and Campaigns, and you can also filter by hiring manager group. Click a session to see its interviews on the right.

Interview sessions with status filters and explanation of the statuses

What a session card shows

Date, Slot time, Booked interviews (e.g. 2/8), interviews Waiting for candidate confirmation, Capacity level bar, manager, group type (Individual or Group), duration, location, creation date, time zone, Bookable status and Job position with the campaign status.

Session statuses

In future sessions you can filter by All states, At risk, Partial, Good. Only when there are fewer than 3 business days before the start does the session get a status based on its capacity level:

StatusColorCapacity level
At riskRedBelow 30%
PartialOrangeBetween 31% and 50%
GoodGreenAbove 50%

The explanation is also in the app, under How do session statuses work?.

Manage my interviews

Here you see the sessions you're the manager of. At the top you'll find:

  • Create new session (or the + button at the bottom right);
  • Pending requests, for manual invitations;
  • View interviews, to switch to the individual interviews view.

Recurring sessions have the Recurring tag. Click a session and then See interviews and CVs to see the candidates and enter outcomes.

Interview detail

In the interviews view, each card has See on calendar and Join meeting (for call or video interviews). The detail shows Candidate, Job position, Interview outcome with Additional notes, Hiring manager and Location. From the "…" menu you'll find Reschedule interview. Only the manager who created the session can reschedule or cancel an interview: other users, recruiters included, can see the interview but can't edit it.

The interview managers' platform

Interview managers (store managers, hiring managers) sign in to a dedicated platform, different from the admin and recruiter one, that works on computer and on mobile. On the Home page they find Create new session, Sessions overview, Manage criteria and demand, Pending invitation requests and Settings; at the top they see how many positions are active and how many upcoming sessions they have. They don't have the Inbox, campaigns or workspace settings. How to use it is explained in the collection "For interview managers".

Manager Home page on mobile

How an interview gets on the calendar

  1. The agent assesses the candidate as suitable.
  2. With the Automatic invitation, the candidate immediately gets the slot proposal on WhatsApp. With Manual, the manager has to approve first.
  3. The candidate chooses a day and time from the free slots.
  4. The interview shows up in Interviews and, if you connected your calendar, also in Google or Outlook.

Good to know

  • With the Per interview notification mode, the manager gets a WhatsApp notification for every booking, rescheduling or cancellation, and reminders about 24 and 2 hours before. See Choose how to receive interview notifications.
  • The candidate gets a WhatsApp reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before the interview. For video interviews they also get a reminder 15 minutes before, with a button that opens the video call link. From the reminder buttons they can reschedule the interview.
  • For video interviews, the candidate gets the link in the reminder 15 minutes before; the link is also in the calendar event. To send it again, step in manually in the candidate's chat.
  • To change a campaign's manager, use Replace Manager in the campaign's Interviews tab: you choose whether the new manager takes over the interviews already scheduled or whether to cancel them. See How to set up a campaign's interviews.
  • Booking window, rescheduling and confirmations are in Interview rules: booking window, rescheduling and confirmations.

Common issues

I can't see a colleague's interviews. In All interviews, check the Interview managers filter. If you can't see the campaign, ask an admin to give you visibility.

A session is "At risk": what do I do? Less than 30% of its places are booked and it starts soon. Check that the campaign is active and that there are candidates waiting for an invitation.

The store manager changed: who runs the interviews already scheduled? It depends on how you replace them. Open the campaign, Interviews tab, and use Replace Manager: with Cancel existing interviews off, the interviews already scheduled move to the new manager; with the toggle on, they're cancelled.

I'm a recruiter: why can't I move or cancel a manager's interview? Only the manager who created the session can reschedule or cancel its interviews. Ask them, or replace the manager from the campaign's Interviews tab.

Can the candidate move the interview on their own? Yes, directly from WhatsApp: the reminders have buttons to reschedule. The Interview rules apply (rescheduling limit) and the manager gets a notification. See Reschedule or cancel an interview.
