I get too many (or no) interview notifications: what to check
Check the interview notification mode: Per interview, Per session or Daily recap at 5:00 PM.

How many WhatsApp notifications you get about interviews depends on the Notification mode. If you get too many or none, check this setting first.
Where to find it: Settings → Interviews → Notification mode
The modes at a glance
- Per interview: one notification for every booking, rescheduling or cancellation. Reminders about 24 and 2 hours before each interview. Feedback request at the end of each interview.
- Per session: notifications grouped by session. Useful if you handle a lot of interviews.
- Daily recap: every day at 5:00 PM (Italian time), a single message with the next day's sessions and the totals for the following 15 days. Reminders about 2 hours and 15 minutes before each session, and a feedback request at the end of the session.

Common issues
I get a notification for every booking and it's too many. Switch to Per session or Daily recap.
I don't get any notifications. Check the mode you chose. With Daily recap, the message only arrives at 5:00 PM. For in-app notifications, also check push notifications: see How to turn on push notifications.
I changed the mode: when does it take effect? The change takes effect right away.
I don't get feedback reminders. They're a separate setting. See Interview feedback: reminders and moving from Good fit to To be hired.
