Criteria and demand: suspend a position and choose the criteria

Ask to suspend or reactivate a position and choose which candidates count as suitable.

Updated on Oct 12, 2026

In Criteria and demand you'll find the positions assigned to you. From here you tell us whether you still need candidates and choose some selection criteria.

Where to find it: Home → Manage criteria and demand, or click Active positions in the box at the top.

Criteria and demand page

What you'll find

  • At the top: how many positions are Active and how many Pending Requests you've sent.
  • One card per position with Location, Status and Selection criteria.
  • The statuses: Active (receives and handles applications) and Paused (temporarily suspended).

Suspend or reactivate a position

  1. On the position, click Suspend (or Reactivate if it's paused).
  2. Confirm. The request goes to your HR manager, who can approve, reject or change it.
  3. While they decide, you see You have requested to pause this position. Please wait for approval.
  4. You get the result on WhatsApp from the AI agent.

If a colleague already asked, you see Another hiring manager has already requested to pause this position, please wait for approval.

Choose the selection criteria

  1. On the position, click Manage criteria.
  2. Turn on the criteria you need:
    • Availability: only screens candidates who are available to work in the set time ranges. With the checkboxes you can exclude candidates who are available only on weekdays, only on weekends, only at lunch or only at dinner;
    • Owns a car: only screens candidates who have their own car.
  3. Click Save criteria.

Good to know

  • Only candidates who meet the active criteria will be suitable.
  • In the panel you see who made the last change and when.
  • When a position is paused, candidates are no longer invited to future sessions.
  • The criteria apply to candidates screened from that moment on: candidates already screened are not screened again.
