Give the outcome after the interview
Mark To hire, Suitable, Not suitable or No show, from the app or by replying on WhatsApp.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
After each interview, give the candidate's outcome. Your HR contact needs it to move forward with the hire, and the candidate needs it to get an answer.
Where to find it: Home → Sessions overview → session → See interviews and CVs → candidate's … menu → Leave feedback. Or reply to the feedback request on WhatsApp.
From WhatsApp
You get a feedback request: at the end of each interview if you use the Per interview mode, or at the end of the session for all candidates who showed up with the other modes. Reply saying whether the candidate is suitable, not suitable or didn't show up.
From the app
- Open Sessions overview, click the session and then See interviews and CVs.
- On the candidate, open the … menu and choose Leave feedback.
- In the Interview outcomes panel, under Select outcome, choose Suitable, Not suitable or No show. To hire shows up if your company uses it.
- If your company uses document collection, under Select collection choose which one to start for the candidate. Then click Next.
- If you want, write a note in Additional notes.
- Confirm. If you don't want to rate a candidate now, use Skip and come back later.

The outcomes
| Outcome | When |
|---|---|
| To hire | You want to hire them. |
| Suitable | The interview went well but you haven't decided yet. |
| Not suitable | The candidate isn't a fit. |
| No show | The candidate didn't show up. |
Good to know
- A Not suitable candidate automatically gets an outcome message. Double-check before confirming: once entered, the outcome can't be changed.
- On interviews with no outcome you see The outcome of this interview needs to be updated.
- If your company has turned them on, you get a WhatsApp reminder when feedback is missing, and you can move a candidate from Suitable to To hire later too.
Common issues
I gave the wrong outcome. Once entered, the outcome can't be changed from your platform. Write to your HR contact right away with the candidate's name and the interview date: an admin fixes it from the campaign.
The candidate didn't show up. Mark No show.
