Pending invitation requests
With manual invitation, you decide which suitable candidates to invite to the interview.

If your company uses manual invitation, candidates who pass the agent's screening wait for your decision before they get the slots.
Where to find it: Home → Pending invitation requests. The item shows up only with manual invitation.
Steps
- Open Pending invitation requests.
- In the To handle tab you'll find one candidate per card. The red number shows how many are waiting.
- If you want, click View CV.
- Click Invite to send them the slots, or Do not invite.
- Decided requests move to the Handled tab.
Good to know
- After Invite, the candidate gets the slots only if you have sessions with free spots. If there are none, they wait for up to 7 days: open a new session.
- The candidate stays in To handle until someone decides.
