Give an interview manager access with the access link
How to get the personal link an interview manager uses to log in to Klaaryo and see their interviews, and how to send it to them.

Where to find it: Settings → Organization → Staff → Employees tab.
Steps
- Search for the interview manager by name in the search bar.
- On their card, click "…" and choose Copy access link.
- Send the link to the interview manager, for example by email or WhatsApp.
From the same menu you can also edit the employee's details (phone number, email, user role) or delete them.
Good to know
- The link is personal: don't forward it to other people. It's valid for 30 days and no password is needed; the interview manager can also log in with their Google or Microsoft account.
- Each card shows the user role (for example Hiring manager), the groups and how many locations are assigned.
- The phone number is the one where the interview manager receives WhatsApp notifications.
Common issues
- The interview manager can't see their campaigns. Check that they have a location assigned (the card says "0 locations") and that the location is linked to the campaign.
- The interview manager doesn't get WhatsApp messages. Check the number on their card, with the international prefix.
