What Organization is: locations, staff and job titles
How Klaaryo represents your company: locations, employees and interview managers, groups and job titles, and what they are for.
Updated on Oct 12, 2026
In Organization you describe how your company is set up: where you hire, who runs the interviews and with which job title. Klaaryo uses this information in campaigns, interviews and permissions.
Where to find it: Settings → Organization
The three sections
- Locations (Manage locations): the stores, offices or sites you hire for. You link them to campaigns and interview managers. See How to create a location.
- Staff: the people on your team, with two tabs.
- Employees: here you add people, including interview managers, and copy their access link. See How to add an interview manager.
- Groups: you group interview managers by area or team. See How to manage interview manager groups.
- Job levels (Manage job levels): the levels in your company. Each person can have a job title, and their permissions follow the job title. See What a Job title is.

Why it's worth setting up well
- Each campaign shows the candidate the right locations.
- Each interview manager can only use the locations they are linked to for interviews.
- You can filter people by location, group and job title.
Good to know
- The location name is also visible to the candidate. See Change the location name the candidate sees.
- To change a campaign's interview manager, use Replace Manager in the campaign's Interviews tab: you choose whether to hand over the interviews already booked or cancel them.
- If your ATS supports it, locations and staff can come from the ATS (Staff synchronization).
