How to add an interview manager

The interview manager (store manager) runs one or more locations and does the interviews. In Klaaryo, they are an employee with a job title that can manage applications.

Where to find it: Settings → Organization → Staff → Employees tab

Before you start

• Make sure you have a job title with the Hiring manager flag turned on. See What a Job title is.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Organization → Staff.
2. Click New employee.
3. In Contact information, enter First name, Last name, Email and Phone number.
4. In Job level, choose the job title with the Hiring manager flag.
5. In Locations and groups, choose the locations and, if needed, the groups.
6. Click Create employee.
7. Give them access with the link. See Give an interview manager access with the access link.

Steps: import many people

1. Click Import.
2. If you don't have a file, click Download template and fill in the columns.
3. Upload the .csv file.
4. If you want, choose the Job level of imported people: it applies to everyone created or updated.

Good to know

• You can't use the phone number or email of another interview manager.
• The interview manager can only choose locations they are linked to as the interview place.
• The phone number is used for interview notifications and reminders on WhatsApp.
• On the page you can filter with All locations, All groups and All job levels.
• From the … menu on the card you can use Copy access link, Edit and Delete.
• If you delete an interview manager, their user account is deactivated and their future sessions and interviews are canceled.
