Group sessions of up to 250 candidates
How to create a group interview session with more than 100 spots, for example for a hiring day.

Where to find it: Agenda → create session → group type → Maximum number of accepted candidates.
Steps
- Create a new session and choose the Group type.
- The slider goes up to 100. To go higher, click the number above the slider.
- Type the value you need, up to 250.
Good to know
- The number is how many candidates can book that session. When the spots run out, the session becomes not bookable (article 4).
- For a hiring day across several locations, create one session per location.
- With many bookings, per-session notifications or the daily recap work better for the interview manager (article 5).
