Group sessions of up to 250 candidates

Where to find it: Create new session → Group type → Group

Steps

1. Create a new session and in Group type choose Group.
2. The slider for the number of candidates goes up to 100. To go higher, click the number above the slider.
3. Type the value you need, up to 250.
4. Click Create.

Good to know

• When all spots are taken, the session becomes not bookable.
• One session can cover several positions, for example for a hiring day: select them all in For which positions?.
• With many bookings, the Per session notification or the Daily recap works best.
• The candidate gets an invitation for the whole session, not for a single slot.
