How to test a campaign before launch
Receive the campaign's conversation on WhatsApp as a candidate would, to check questions, filters and messages.

With Test the conversation, the agent contacts you on WhatsApp as if you were a candidate. This way you check questions, filters and texts before launching the campaign.
Where to find it: Campaigns → the campaign's … menu → Test the conversation. While creating the campaign there is also the Test and launch step.
Steps
- Open the campaign's … menu and choose Test the conversation.
- Enter your phone number, with the international prefix.
- Confirm the send.
- On WhatsApp you receive the opening message. Answer the questions to the end.

What to check
- Order and logic of the questions.
- Conditional questions: try all the variants.
- The agent's answers to the FAQs.
- Location, position and company in the messages: if they're wrong, correct them in the Settings tab (Information and Stores you are hiring for blocks).
- Typos and tone of the messages.
- If the campaign has interviews, that the invitation is sent.
Run at least two tests: one with answers of a suitable candidate and one of a candidate who is not suitable.
Good to know
- Test chats appear in Inbox with the Simulation tag. You can show or hide them with the simulations icon at the top of the Inbox. See How to search and filter conversations in the Inbox.
- In Inbox the test chat is marked as a simulation.
- You can repeat the test as many times as you want.
Common issues
I don't get the message on WhatsApp. Check the number and the international prefix, then try again.
I see chats in Inbox that aren't real candidates. They are the tests: they have the Simulation tag and you can hide them.
The agent skips some questions in the test. The agent skips a question only if it is sure you've already answered it, even in a previous test with the same number. Use another number or answer differently.
