Interview feedback: reminders and moving from Good fit to To be hired
How to automatically remind interview managers to leave feedback, and how to allow marking a candidate already rated Suitable as "To hire".

Where to find it: Settings → Interviews → Interview rules → Feedback management section (at the bottom of the page, see the screenshot in article 3).
Interview feedback reminder
If on, the hiring manager who hasn't left feedback yet gets a single reminder on WhatsApp. Choose how many hours after the end of the interview to send it, between 2 and 48. It's off by default.
- Turn on the Interview feedback reminder toggle.
- Enter the number of hours (for example, 24).
Allow upgrading from Suitable to To hire
If on, hiring managers can mark an interview already rated Suitable as To hire, without having to rate it again. This is useful when the final decision comes a few days after the interview.
Common issues
- Interview managers forget the feedback and candidates are left waiting. Turn on the reminder.
- I set the wrong outcome. An admin can fix it from the campaign by changing the candidate's status.
