In the Talent pool you find all the candidates in your workspace, from all campaigns. From here you search for them, organize them into lists, and add them to another campaign.
Where to find it: sidebar → Talent pool
What you see
- At the top: Search by name and the campaign filter (All campaigns by default). Next to it you see how many talents there are.
- The table columns, including Person, Candidate type, Campaign, Candidate source, Phone and Email.
- In the Campaign column, for candidates not yet in a campaign, the Add to campaign button.
Steps: add a candidate to another campaign
- Open Talent pool.
- Look for the candidate with Search by name or filter by campaign.
- Tick the box next to the name. You can select more than one.
- The selection bar appears at the bottom (e.g. 4 selected): click Add to campaign. For a single candidate you can also click Add to campaign in their row.
- In Select campaign, choose the campaign and confirm.

The candidate is added, not moved: they also stay in the previous campaign. They're contacted only when the campaign has started.
Steps: create a talent list
- Click Create your Talent list.
- Give the list a name (e.g. Addetti vendite) and click Create.
- Select the candidates and use Add to group, then choose the list.
If you delete a list you don't lose the candidates: they stay in All talents.
Add new candidates
Click Add new candidates and choose how:
- Create manually: First name, Last name, Phone number, Email, Job title, Group, Candidate source and, if you want, CV URL.
- Import from CSV: download the model with Download template; the file must be smaller than 2 MB.
- Upload CVs: up to 10 files at once, or a zip with up to 200 CVs (75 MB max). You can add them to a campaign right away or leave them only in the Talent pool.
See also Import candidates: upload CVs or a CSV file.
Good to know
- If the candidate has an open conversation in another campaign, they're not contacted until that one is finished. See Candidates who don't come in or stay "To contact".
- Candidates whose application is too old aren't contacted either. The app warns you when you add them.
- Klaaryo spots duplicates by phone number.
Change a candidate's phone number
- In the Talent pool, look for the candidate.
- In the Phone column, click the pencil next to the number.
- In the Edit phone number window, choose the country code and type the new number.
- Decide whether to turn on Restart candidate chat. If you turn it on, the agent contacts the candidate again on the new number for the last campaign they were added to. If you leave it off, the new number is used from the next campaign you add them to.
- Click Save.

Common issues
I can't find a candidate. Search by first and last name and clear any active filters. If you imported them from a file, check the Import history.
I added the candidate but they stay "To contact". They have an open conversation in another campaign, or the campaign hasn't started yet.
I want to contact a candidate from months ago again. Add them to the campaign. If you want to write to them yourself and the chat has expired, use Intervene with a template from their chat.
