What you receive on WhatsApp as an interview manager

Klaaryo's AI agent writes to you on WhatsApp at the number your company registered.
The messages you get
- Access link: when you're assigned a position.
- Interview notifications: bookings, reschedulings and cancellations, based on your notification mode.
- Reminders: before interviews or sessions.
- Feedback requests: after the interview or at the end of the session.
- Feedback reminders: if your company has turned this on and you haven't given the outcome yet.
- Demand updates: when the HR manager approves, rejects or changes your request to suspend or reactivate a position.
When a candidate books, you also get a PDF with their evaluation and CV. It arrives on WhatsApp or by email, depending on the contact your HR contact entered for you.
The PDF opens with the Evaluation report: the candidate's fit (for example High fit) with the explanation, the filters passed, the level for each criterion and the answers to the questions that matter for the evaluation. At the end you'll find the questions not asked or not answered. After the report comes the candidate's CV.
Good to know
- The number is the one on your profile in Klaaryo: to change it, ask your HR contact.
- Notifications don't arrive in the app: they arrive on WhatsApp.
Common issues
I don't get any messages. Ask your HR contact to check your number, with the country code. If the number is right, write to support (Home → Support).
